This week, in FS1 Blue, we have been having lots of fun reading the story of 'Goldilocks and the 3 Bears'. We loved making our own porridge and adding sugar and banana to the porridge and then tasting it. We have also been using the puppet bears and Goldilocks to help us retell the story.
On Thursday 5th December 2013, our FS1 classes welcomed the "Learning Tree Toddler's" classes. Al the children had a great time where they enjoyed various activities. Playdough cakes and Tiara making was a big hit with the young ones.
Our FS1 stduens helped guiding the nursery children to Aboel Ela garden where they happily played some water activities, mark making and building a house out of giant duplos. It was a fantastic event and we thank everyone for making it a success.
The British School welcomed “Colours Early Learning Centre" on Monday & Tuesday 2nd & 3rd December to enjoy open morning sessions where children played and shared fun.
Our FS1 students have been very welcoming and helpful and they have shown the younger toddlers around. A variety of activities were on offer. Children and our students enjoyed mucking their fingers in sand in search of shapes as well as exploring our water trays activities in particular "counting ducks".
