After many years of attempting to get this trip off the ground, we were finally successful in delivering an excellent trip. The students stayed in a small village 500 metres above sea level to practise a variety of fieldwork skills, ranging from river studies to coastal ecology. The weather was varied with even a short spell of hail stones on our first fieldwork day. The students loved the rock climbing activity where everyone climbed at least 10 metres on a rock face. We were extremely proud of the students and their behaviour and think that the trip has had a very positive impact on all of them. Going to Cyprus will be a part of the Senior School for many years to come!
